When you use VibeCheck, you may choose to provide:

• names or nicknames for yourself and another person;
• relationship type, style choices, and answers to questions;
• short codes, QR links, or invite links used to connect results;
• messages you send to support;
• uploaded images, if an image feature is available and you choose to use it.

Please do not enter private, sensitive, or confidential information. VibeCheck is meant for light entertainment, not for storing important personal records.

VibeCheck may create cards, memes, captions, compatibility results, story text, or images based on your inputs. Generated content is intended to be humorous, fictional, exaggerated, and for entertainment only. It should not be treated as a factual statement about any person.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or app store payment systems. We do not store your full card number or payment credentials. Payment providers may send us limited information needed to confirm that a purchase was completed, such as payment status, amount, time, and transaction reference.

Some VibeCheck features use short codes, QR codes, or links so another person can join, reply, or view a shared result. Anyone who receives a valid code or link may be able to access the related content. Only share codes and links with people you trust.

We use information to:

• generate your meme, card, or result;
• connect two users through codes, QR links, or shared flows;
• process purchases and unlock paid digital content;
• provide customer support;
• improve app quality, safety, and performance;
• detect abuse, spam, fraud, or misuse;
• comply with legal obligations.

We may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, approximate region, referral source, and app events. This helps us understand how the app is used and fix problems. We aim to collect only what is useful for operating and improving the service.

We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate VibeCheck, including hosting, analytics, payment processing, support, and content generation providers. We do not sell your personal information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to prevent abuse of the service.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the app, provide support, prevent abuse, resolve payment issues, or comply with legal obligations.

You can request deletion of your data, uploaded images, or generated content by emailing info@vadalextech.com. Please include any code, link, payment reference, or email address that may help us find the relevant content.

VibeCheck is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through VibeCheck, contact us at info@vadalextech.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please avoid entering highly sensitive information into the app.

If you use VibeCheck from outside the country where our servers or providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries. By using the app, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed where our service providers are located.

We may update this Privacy Policy as VibeCheck changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
