VibeCheck creates humorous, fictional, and exaggerated content for entertainment. Results are not factual claims, dating advice, psychological advice, professional advice, or a real measurement of compatibility.

Do not make personal, relationship, financial, medical, legal, or safety decisions based on VibeCheck results.

You must be at least 13 years old to use VibeCheck. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for the names, answers, images, messages, and other content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is:

• abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, or bullying;
• sexually explicit or exploitative;
• illegal or harmful;
• invasive of someone’s privacy;
• impersonating another person in a misleading way;
• using another person’s image without appropriate permission;
• spam, malware, or automated abuse.

VibeCheck may generate memes, cards, captions, stories, images, and other digital content based on your inputs. Generated results may be silly, inaccurate, fictional, or unexpected. That is part of the entertainment experience.

You may share your generated results for personal, non-commercial use, as long as you do so respectfully and lawfully.

Some features let you invite another person through a code, QR code, or link. You are responsible for sharing those codes and links carefully. Anyone with access to a valid code or link may be able to view or interact with the related result.

VibeCheck may offer paid digital features, such as meme generation, compatibility cards, final combined results, premium styles, downloads, or unlocked content.

Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed amount.

Because VibeCheck sells personalized digital content that is generated from your inputs, completed purchases are generally final once the content has been generated or unlocked.

We may review refund requests when:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• payment succeeded but the digital result was not delivered;
• a technical issue prevented access to the paid content;
• required by applicable law or payment provider rules.

To request help with a payment, email info@vadalextech.com and include your payment receipt, approximate purchase time, and any code or link connected to the purchase.

We may change, pause, remove, or discontinue parts of VibeCheck at any time. We may also update styles, questions, pricing, generated formats, or sharing features.

VibeCheck, including its name, design, interface, software, branding, and original content, belongs to its owners or licensors. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its systems.

You keep any rights you have in content you submit. By submitting content, you give us permission to use it as needed to operate VibeCheck, generate results, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

VibeCheck is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VibeCheck and its owners are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on entertainment content generated by the app.

We may block or limit access to VibeCheck if we believe someone is abusing the service, violating these Terms, creating harmful content, or interfering with the app.

We may update these Terms as the app changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
